Chapter 5

Farewell

“Ahm ,Sakura is it true that Ishida is leaving the country tomorrow?”

“Yes. That’s what I have heard. Why?”

“We have to help Makino chan and Ishida kun. Somehow, I want to cover up for the mistakes I’ve done in the past. I want to help my childhood friend. I can’t completely move on if I can’t let my guilt disappears.”

“I’d be glad to. I still have a sin for them.Especially Makino chan.”

“We should tell Makino chan this.”

Meanwhile, Ishida is preparing his luggage because they will leave tomorrow. As he were busy preparing a little space caught his attention. There, he saw the letters coming from Makino—it all started with “Yuki no Hime” . he then stop for a while and re-read the letters. As he was reading it he began to cry.

“I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to do this.” Somehow, he decided to take the letters with him. He tried to recall those sweet memories whom he’ll cherish for a lifetime. He then fell asleep.

Sakura and Matsuhira found Makino in the beach, still kneeling and they said what will happen tomorrow.

“Makino chan, Ishida is leaving tomorrow.”  Those words made her shut down. She can’t endure the pain she felt so she attempted to kill herself by letting drown in the sea. But then Sakura and Matsuhira stopped her.

“Let me go! I want to die! What’s the point of my life without him!(crying heavily)”

“If you love him, you must endure it! It’s just a trial to test if you really love each other Makino chan! Tell us, we’ll listen to your explanation, allow us to help you, childhood friend.” Makino was lighted up by what had Matsuhira said but she still cried of the thought Ishida would leave her. The three of them went to Matsuhira’s place. They let Makino to calm down first. Makino ate fast for she felt she was very hungry for the past days. They started asking Makino to understand the situation.

“Now, would you tell us what really happened?” Matsuhira  then asked. She lowered her head and started narrating.

“At that time, I don’t know what really happened. He just said that(will you still love me after this?) then, that presentation began. After that, I was shock to know—one of the evaluators was his father. His father’s comments were dreadful! After the show, I consulted him but his mother said he was an unwanted child. They started hurting him like hell. He then broke up with me. I don’t know what to do! (she started being hysterical until she  vomited blood)” Matsuhira then got alarmed .

“Blood! Sakura let her lie in the bed for a while. She might faint. Let her rest.”

“Hai.” The both of them close their eyes while Makino continue to release her  feelings. They can’t endure the dreadful thing that happened in the both of them. At last, Makino then fell asleep. She’s like a princess when sleeping.

“I never thought that thing would happen to her, why does she vomited blood a while ago Matshira?”

“she has Leukaemia.” Sakura was then shocked at what he said.

“How come?”

“It’s an inborn disease in her case. that’s why we’ve been monitoring her . by any case, we should take care of her.”

“Yes. I’ll do what I can.” Then, they check the health of Makino while she’s still sleeping. After 2 hours,it’s all done.”

Because she’s exhausted she slept long. In the morning Matsuhira wake Makino up while Sakura was ccoking for breakfast.

“Makino wake up. We have to catch Ishida kun.”(but she’s still lying in the bed)

“You must catch him.”

“I don’t know what to do anymore.” She lowered her head.

“Do you really love him?”

“Yes, I do.”

“If that’s so, you have to fight for him. Don’t bother the burdens, or pain- let’s go and catch him.” After a few seconds they decided to go. They hurriedly went to the airport to catch his private flight.

At the airport. . . .

Makino was running around the airport to find Ishida. They easily entered the airport because of the influence of Matsuhira and Sakura’s family.

(Ishida don’t leave me alone. I love you. )Meanwhile, Ishida is waiting for their private airplane to be prepared to flight.

(This is the end. I’m so sorry , Makino, I don’t have the choice but to it for your sake. I love you so much that I can’t dare to get you involve in my sin and to see you suffered in this miserable life .I don’t want you to curse me like my parents did.)  after a few seconds Ishida walk up the stairs with a heavy footsteps. He love her so much that he don’t want to leave her alone but he knew he couldn’t do that. There he sat on the last seat of the airplane. He was watching the land with a scar in his heart

“Makino, Ishida’s plane will be departing soon. We have to hurry. This is the pathway.”Sakura said.

“Hai.” The three of them were heading towards the location of Ishida’s airplane. The airplane starts to depart when Makino and accompany came to the location.

“Oh no! The airplane starts to depart.  “ Matsuhira said but Makino seem to heard nothing. She just continue to run to catch the attention of Ishida. After a few seconds Ishida saw her.(I love you, Ishida. Please don’t leave me alone.) Ishida then reply and attempted to escape through the window but his father noticed it and stop him. He lowered his head.(I love you, Makino) with a tears falling down. The airplane then totally departed. Ishida’s words scatter in the country of the rising sun.

Makino then lowered her head and end up kneeling on the ground.

“He totally left me.” A tear fell down on her face. She cried and cried until there were no more tears to cry. At the same time, Ishida was crying silently for she just lost someone precious to him in the very first time in his life.

Makino’s life is miserable. Every night she dreamed of her together with Ishida. She totally didnt’ care of her condition anymore. Somehow by the time Ishida arrived at France, he’s been totally tied up and was punish. Ishida’s life only revolve with this- training to be an heir for his father, to comfort his mother. Their life just continue in this horrible situation. After a few months of meditation, Makino finally realize something. She decided to talk with Sakura and Matsuhira about it.

“You see, I haven’t recovered yet from the pain I’ve felt. Thus affecting my health. Though the pain might not heal, I want to continue with my life. I want to strive from my condition. “ she then lowered her head

“SO what are your plans now?”

“I want to start over. So please help me.”

“Don’t worry. We will surely help you.” Sato said.

“Arigatou.” After their conversation, they were talking about the present time. Makino then decided to go to school. As she was heading to the rooftop she pause for a while remembering the things. She opened the door and decided to play the violin for a while.  While she was playing it she remembered the moments she spent with Ishida. The tears in her eyes started to fall again. She put her hand in her face.

“No. Don’t cry. You must not. Let him go.” But it seems her body didn’t follow her command. Big tears was falling down on her face. After a few minutes, she decided to confess.

“Gomen ne, Ishida but I don’t have to end my life now. I hope you’re happy now. I still love you. I guess this is the end. Don’t worry you’ll always be my love.” She then left the rooftop.

Ishida just woke up in the midnight. He just woke up from being whipped heavily. He dreamt of Makino saying in the rooftop of moving on in her life and letting him go.

“Yuki no Hime. Yes, you’ve made the right descision.” After a few seconds he fell asleep.

Chapter 4:

The Presentation

“Today is the presentation, Ishida. Ganbatte ne!”She tried to cheer him up when Ishida suddenly hugged her and said:

“Will you still love me after this?” Makino was confused at what had he said.

“Ishida is there any problem?”

“Betsumi. I’m just nervous, can you play the Ave Maria for me?”

“Hai.” She then played the violin. It makes the scenery calm but Makino can’t get out of her mind about what  had he said. After 30 minutes, Ishida went to the back stage to prepare. She decided to remain in the rooftop for the meantime.

“God! What on earth is happening?”A lot had happened to them, she didn’t know this was going too far. After a few minutes she then went to the audience seat to give him moral support. Before the presentation starts the emcee announced the evaluators for the presentation. She was then shock when the emcee says that one of them was Kazuki ren. She was nervous during the presentation. The audience were very impressed  and they gave a thunderous round of applause after their presentation. The other evaluators were impressed in their performance except Ishida’s father.

“It’s good for an amateur, I mean, you should be more reliable with that role. You should emphasize your actions.”

 Makino was shock of the cold treatment of his father. After the presentation, she went to the back stage to support him. She went close to him when there’s only the two of them.

“Ishida, are you okay? “But then, a familiar voice of a girl called on Ishida.

“Ishida! Who is that girl?” she is Ishida’s mother. A beautiful woman riding a wheelchair. He then vowed and greeted her.

“Hahawe, how are you?”He then kissed her hand, but she just lowered her head and an intense anger filled in her face.

“Who is she?”His father then came and suddenly interrupted.

“Is she your girlfriend?” those words filled the world of his mother. She became wild and threw the vase that is close on them to Ishida’s face. Makino didn’t expect to witness this kind of scene. She covered her mouth with her hand, as her tears fell upon seeing Ishida’s face got wounded.

 “You can’t escape me! No! Were bond by that! An unwanted child should not get happiness! No! A worthy life for you is to live in darkness!” She continue to hurt him.”You must die! You demon!” his father then ease the tension.

“Calm down My Lady. Ishida you must face the punishment of hurting my woman.” Ishida lowered his head and obediently followed them. Makino(although ws shock) manage to produce a little sound.

“I--- Ishida.” Her tears continue to fell. He then pause for a while and stare her in those watery eyes. Without any word he leave  her alone.

Though she’s trembling with fear and grief, she manage to go to the rooftop and release her feelings.

“Ishida, is this what you mean by what you said earlier?(crying heavily). What really is happening in here?”

She didn’t know what  she’ll do now. After a few minutes she decided to go to their house. While walking, she’s like a zombie wandering without life. She wants his explanation, she wants to feel his loving sensation. When she arrived hoe she didn’t greeted her parents nor to eat and drink medicine. She just locked herself in the room. She tries to play violin but it only produce a dreadful sound(which made her remember that scene a while ago). She then cry heavily until she falls asleep.

Meanwhile. . .

Ishida was tied up in a vacant room while her mother continues to hurt him heavily.

“You can’t escape me! Damn that girlfriend of yours! Break up with her! You’re an unwanted child! You must suffer like hell!” her mother continues to hurt him, throwing him breakable things where all of them were made up of fine glass. Also whipping him heavily. He was very weak for the cracked glass submerged in his flesh. Almost his body is covered with blood and glass. Her mother realized what she did and stops it.

“Please have a seat. I didn’t mean to son.(crying)”his father then entered the room and get her out of the room.

“Break up with her, or she will suffer the same thing.” As his father close the door he lied in the corner of the room and said:

“Why do I have to suffer much from the sin my true father committed? All this time, I never felt  the love of my parents, my true father abandoned me, they always hurt me, they despise me. My life is worthless.”(an illusion appeared on Ishida’s mind, he saw Makino’s smiling face above the ceiling. He then lift up his head with his tears falling down and raise his hand as if he were reaching Makino but he couldn’t reach it. Then, that illusion suddenly pop up like a bubble.) Yes, Makino you’re the only one who love and care for me. But, you might as well curse me if you knew the entire truth. But thank you for the memories I’ll not let you suffer in this miserable life. Yes, being with me will only fill nothing but darkness and loneliness. I love you, I’m sorry but this is for your sake.” The both of them were suffering so much. Makino didn’t care about her health after all. While Ishida is suffering from the intense pain of the punishment his parents did.

“Mother, I finally decided to break up with Makino.”(he lowered his head upon saying this)

“Yukatta! You just realized you can’t leave me alone.”

“Tomorrow, I’ll break up with her.”

“Hai, hai.”

In the next day,  he met up with her. He knew he could only find her in the rooftop. As the door opened, Makino was very happy for she knew Ishida came back for her. She cried for it’s been a long time since she last saw him(even though it’s only a week)and the scars all over his body made her cry. She hugged him tightly.

“What on earth happened to you?” she said while crying heavily.

“It was none of your business.” She was shock of his reply. It seems the Ishida in front of her is an entirely different person.

“Listen. I’m here to break up with you.”(he lowered his head upon saying this.). Makino seem to shut down from what had Ishida said.

(crying)”NO! You’re lying right? This is not true!”

“That’s the truth you better believe it. Now, I’m leaving.” He then leave her immediately. Makino then cry heavily because she can’t accept they would end it this way. Much to her concern behind the door, Ishida is there crying silently.

(Gomen nasai Makino. It’s the best way to deal with. I don’t want you to suffer a miserable life for the sin I’ve commited that will be paid with my life. I’m so happy I’ve met and love you.)he then leave the school.

In his house. . .

“Mother, it’s all over now. I’ve broke up with her.” His mother then was very happy.

“Now, you can fully pay your sins to me by offering your life.” He was tied up again. Her mother repeated what she did in hurting him. Now, Ishida didn’t feel any pain anymore. For him, what was the point if he couldn’t live his life for the one he loved. Meanwhile, Makino  went to the restaurant where their first dinner occurs. She still insisted that all of this was just a dream, that she would wake up one day and be able to see Ishida by her side. She continued to walk and she end up walking towards the location of the beach. There, she was a couple kissing each other. She then run immediately for she wish she and Ishida were like that. Their life was like hell. Two days had passed when Kazuki informs Ishida.

“By tomorrow, we will leave this country. We will go to America, even though you’re not my child, you’re the only one who can inherit all my properties so I want you to manage it properly or else I’ll let her involve in your payment.” He didn’t want Makino to be involved, so even if it’s against his will, he chose to follow his father.

Sakura will soon depart from this place but she chose to inform Matsuhira first.

“How are you Matsuhira?”

“I’m fine. How about you?”

“I’m leaving Japan tomorrow.” He then lowered his head upon discovering it.

“You’re going to leave me?”

“Hai. Actually, --- I’m pregnant. But,(pretending to be happy) don’t worry, I’ll not let you held responsible for it. Also, this is your chance to finally get Makino. I’ve heard Makino and Ishida already broke up so it’s your chance to love her!”

“Why? Aren’t you going to fight for me?” Sakura couldn’t hide it anymore so she cried and forcefully said:

“I’m willing to! But you’re not my belonging! Your heart belongs to her!” but then, Matsuhira suddenly hugged here and sincerely said:

“At first, I thought I love her but all this time, I finally realize who I really love was. I was blinded by this feeling because I’m always with her. I thought it was pure love but it’s not. I only feel that way because she’s always there around. I love you Sakura! Please give me another chance to start all over again! Please. . . “

Though Sakura is still confuse, she can’t deny that she really love the father of her child. She decided to take the risk and to give themselves a chance.

“Yes, I love you too Matsuhira!”  then the both of them kissed. Their hearts was filled by happiness.

Chapter 3:

When Conflict Begins

“How about a dinner with me tonight?”

“What?” She was very shock for the sudden invitation. But then, Ishida proceeds and said:

“I’ll see you in the rooftop after the class, my princess in the snow.”

“But I haven’t. . . “ But then, Ishida isn’t here anymore. During the class, she didn’t listen to any of the discussion for she was thinking on of what should she do, whether to go with him or not.

(What should I do? I will go or not?)Meanwhile, her teacher’s been calling her but she didn’t able to haer it. Then, Matsuhira patted her back.

“What should I do? ---- Haaah!!!, gomen nasaii . . “ Her classmates were laughing then.

“You’re daydreaming again. “ She decided to keep quiet for she still don’t know the answer for it. After the class, Sato consulted her.

“Is there any problem Makino chan?”

“Ie, betsumi.”

“Then, shall we go home now?”

“I’ll pass on it. I’m sorry, but there’s somewhere I have to go.”He lowered his head and get close to her and suddenly hug her. Makino was surprised at what he idi.

“Sa--- Sato kun. WHaa---“

“Just when did we stop doing and telling things together I wonder.”Makino was hitted in this realization, she couldn’t say a single word. She felt guilty because she feel as if she were betraying Sato(even though there’s no reason for her to feel that way.)

“Anyway, just don’t overdo yourself. Have a nice day.”

“What did I do to my childhood friend? Right, I don’t have time for him recently.”She’s in that position in a few minutes to calm herself. “I guess I have to cover up on him some other  time.”She then went to the rooftop. When she opened the door she was shock when she saw Ishida. He’s truly the prince of Ryoku Gakuen. His first button is open, and his hair and bangs were dancing together with the air. He’s very cool in his school uniform.then she noticed those pair of cold eyes seems to lighten a bit. His eyes were filled with gentleness and a little bit of loneliness. Ishida notice her and said:

“I’m confident you will come.”

“Hai.”

“Then, let’s go.”

Then they walk towards the main door of Ryoku Gakuen. After they exited the  school, they rode a taxi. Much to their concern, Matsuhira is there, looking  the two of them from a faraway place. He then went home immediately.

“I’m the first to have you, yet you still choose him. Hope he will love you as much as I do if he were to discover ‘that’.”

Meanwhile, Makino and Ishida were enjoying their ‘date’ or probably a dinner.  They were teasing each other and discussing on what they have been written in their letters. When they got home, Makino was very happy and immediately   played her violin. Meanwhile Ishida was very happy for the first time, he had a beautiful memory whom he’ll treasure in a lifetime.

It lasted 16 weeks their ‘date’. (Actually they are in an intimate relationship at this time.) the both of them were very happy. Makino notice that Sato seems to avoid her, so she decided to confront  him one day.

“Sato kun, is there any problem? Why won’tyou tell me?”

“No need Makino chan, you’re lackadaisical on it.”

“But please, I’m your childhood friend, What can I do for you?”

“Nothing!(he then glared at her)”then lowered his head. Sakura suddenly came in their conversation.

“Sakura-chan let’s go home now.”Sakura was then shock of what had Matsuhira said, although she didn’t understand the situation she still follows him. Matsuhira then pause for a second and said:

“It’s better to not get too close to me, Makino chan. Your boyfriend might misunderstand it.”

The both of them  was shock.

“How did—you know?”

“I’m your childhood friend after all. I hope he still feel the same way if he were to discover that.” Then, they left her without any word. Because of whatshe said, Makino seem to have a trauma. She just there sitting and went blank. Two hours had passed and Ishida came in their classroom.

Knock. . . knock. . . knock. . .

“Haah—You’re here, Ishida.”

“Is there any problem? Your face looks pale.”

“Ie, it’s just that someone close to me discovers our relationship. But don’t worry, he’s trust worthy.”

“Soo desu ka? Why are you depress?”

“I didn’t give him little time recently. I think he’s angry.” He then hold her hand and said:

“Don’t worry about it. He will understand it if he’s your friend.”

“I guess you’re right.” Then they went to their respected homes. Meanwhile. ..

“sato kun, what do you mean Makino chan has a boyfriend already, is it true?” They’re communicating while walking fast.

“That’s none of your business.”

“Who are you to tell that to me?” Sakura couldn’t resist it anymore so she shouted and said:

“Do you love her?” Matsuhira then stop walking, he lowered his head. It took a minute for him to reply but he just said:

“I’m going.” But as he started to take a step, Sakura suddenly hug her and said:

“Why do you love her? Why not me? I love you, Matsuhira! I’m willing to do anything for you.”

“Do you really love me?”

“I do.”

“Then, let me forget her.” She was shock about what she said. But she just decided to obey it for she loves him. Though a little bit nervous, they spend the night together.(laii kaw na bhala drawing hahahaha!!!!)

Sato woke up in the midnight.

“Shit! I can’t still forget her.” But after a few minutes, he fell asleep.

After what had happened, they’ve been avoiding each other. Until Makino didn’t have the chance to settle their misunderstanding with Sato. Their relationship  with Ishida went well. Every night, Sato locked himself in his house occasionally drink liquor in order to forget.  Meanwhile, Makino then plays the violin every night worrying what had happened to her childhood friend. Much to their concern, Ishida is also suffering from the sin his parents committed long ago. Thus, paying it with his current life. One day, Sakura and Makino met up.

“Sakura chan, can I talk to you?” Sakura then lowered her head and said:

“What about it?”

“He’s been avoiding me lately, I know he’s mad because I didn’t have much time for him recently but I didn’t expect he’d be this serious so I...”

“Are you really stupid?” She yelled at her that made her shock. Then Sakura slapped her.

“Don’t you really know? He loves you! Because of you, he can’t turn back my love! Even after that night! How! How can you be so selfish!” Makino couldn’t say anything.  She can’t believe at what she just discovered. Sakura then left her. During the class, she’s glancing at the vacant chair of Sato.

(Sato kun, how can you do that? I didn’t expect it, I’ve known you for so long. There’s no way you can do that!)After the class, she met up with Ishida to inform him she have to go early.

“Gomen ne, Ishida but I have some business to settle. “

“”Don’t worry about it.”

After then she hurriedly went to Matsuhira’s place.

“Sato kun, are you there? I want to talk to you! I have to settle everything! Onegai! (when she was knocking the door)”After a few seconds, Sato opened the door and let her in.

“Why did you do this?”

“Oh please you don’t have to care about this!”He then lowered his head.

“Oh yes I care! Your my childhood friend! Why didn’t you tell it to me?”

“If I would tell you how I really feel, Would you also feel the same way?”

“I don’t know.”Sato couldn’t resist  her so he suddenly lie her in the bed and said:

“Sakura tasted good. But I still desire you.” Then, he started to kiss her cheeks. Makino resisting she said:

“No! Don’t do it! You’re not my friend anymore!” She continue on resisting but it seems she has no match for a guy. A tear fell in her eye as she close her eye and pray(Ishida. Tasukete!) This tears made Matsuhira to realize what he’s been doing. He stop and said:

“I’m sorry. I didn’t mean it. Just don’t overdo yourself.”

But without a word, she immediately left Sato alone.

Meanwhile Ishida’s father phoned up

“I will go to your school in Friday. I think you’ll have apresentation on that day. I’ll evaluate you if you’re doing well.”

“Hai.” After a few seconds, he lied in his bed and thought(This is the end Makino. I’m sorry.)They just enjoyed their moments together. Makino despite of what had happened, tries to forget it by sharing it with Ishida. But Ishida didn’t say anything on her. Until the day comes. . .

Yuki no Hime Chap 2

Chapter 2:

Codename

At  her house. . .

“Tadaima, Hahawe.”

“Okaeri nasai. Take your dinner now, you must be very tired.”

“Daijou go desu yo, hahawe.”

“Then, please don’t  overdo yourself. Soshite, be sure to take some medicine, it might not completely heal it, at least it can ease the pain.”

“Hai, hai.” After she ate her dinner and drink the medicine, she immediately went to her room and face on her study table. After studying  she decided to write a letter on him. It took an hour for her to finish it but then, she can’t decide on what codename should she used.

“Haaah!!! What codename should I write? Mooh!!! I can’t decide!!! Let me play the violin for a while.”.

There, she played  the violin, sensing the solemn music produced by it. While she’s playing she pictured out an image on her mind. She seems sitting on the bench, with a knight helding her tightly into his arms when the clock strikes at 12 midnight and the bell from the church rang, she’s like a princess in the scenario. There, she stop playing when a name pop up in her mind.

“Ahm, now I have to sleep, I will go to school as early as I can.”

In the morning. . .

Makino woke up early so that she will go to school to put her letter in the locker.

“It’s good, there isn’t anyone else in the school. “. Then, she found the locker of Ishida. After a few minutes,

“Ah! There you are! Ishida. . . Ren.”.  She got nervous while she’s  putting the letter in his locker. After she put it, she immediately went to the rooftop to welcome the morning with a piece of violin.

“Somehow, playing violin makes me refreshing. Hmm, now--- it’s the start of the new class. Let me go to my classroom.” When she went to her room ,she decided to study a bit but thne she’s bothered   of how Ishida will react to the letter. Until her childhood friend, Sato Matsuhira came.

“Ohayou, makino chan.”

“Ohayou, Sato-kun.”

“You seem very early today, what gives?”

“Nothing really, I just want to come here early, it’s so peaceful.”

“But don’t be stressed up, You might faint.”

“Don’t worry about it, anyway, let’s just wait for our classmates to come.”

 “Hai!”. Meanwhile Ishida went to the school early.

“It’s very peaceful when it’s not crowded.” As he was walking towards his locker, he notice something.

“Love letter, early in the morning? It can’t be helped. “ He sighed but as he read the sender of the letter, he was shock.

“Yuki no hime?” He was intrigued of the sender so he decided to read this only one letter.

Ishida Ren,

                                How’s your day? Hope you’ll not be badtrip of this letter. Thank you for yesterday! Pleaase don’t overdo yourself or you will get old in a wrong time. JOKE! Jyst to make you smile. Just enjoy your current life. You know, life is too short, so you must cherished every memory and moments even though it’s not worth memory to remember. The first time you laugh, hurt, love, etc. Makes you feel that you existed in this world. Take it easy! You’re not alone- don’t put the burden on your shoulders. Hope this can help you. Again,  Good Morning.

He then was shock of what was inside the letter. It made him realize something. He lowered his head and said:

“Cherished every memory and moment even though it’s not a worthy thing to remember?”(He then remembered his dreadful past up till now.)Somehow, he got interested in this girl. He immediately went to the rooftop while puzzling who might this girl be. While lying in the bench, he think:

“Yesterday? What did I do?” He then try to recall what happened last day but he couldn’t think of a possibility. When the bell rang, he just decided to set it aside temporarily.

During the class, the both of them seems to be bothered(although they can catch up) by their each others business. Makino- of what had Ishida reacted to her letter, and Ishida- of the identitiy of “Yuki no Hime”. After the class, makino went home immediately with Sato.  

“So you manage  to give the letter?”

“ Ie, I’m shy.”

“Soo desu ka? Don’t be depressed about it then.”

“Daijobu. Don’t treat me like a child anymore. Sore ja, sayonara ne, matta ashita.”

“Yeah.” After she left, Sato went to his home and said: “I don’t want you to leave me Makino, I’m afraid that day will come.”

Meanwhile, Ishida came to his house. He then put aside his things and clean his house. After cleaning and cooking, he study  after a few hours, he decided to write a letter in response to Yuki no Hime. He just finished writing it when his father phoned up.

“Ishida! Go to the  main house now! Your mother wants to see you.”

“Hai, to sama. I’ll go. . “

“Don’t you dare call me that! “. Ishida then lowered his head (Right. I’m not your child after all.)

“Hai. , Ren sama. Sumimasen deshita.” He then went immediately  went to the main house. Their servants then greeted him.

“Okaeri nasai, Ishida sama.”

“How’s my mother?”

“She’s in the room. She locked up herself again.” As he was walking towards in the middle of the sala, he met up with his father.

“Konbanwa, Ren sama.”

“Go to your mother’s room now!”

“Hai. Saa, if you excuse me.” Then he walk towards the room of his mother.

“Okaa-san, Ishida desu.’

“I—Ishida!! Im glad you came!!! “ Then , she opened the door(her mother is like a crazy, because of major depression)

“Didn’t I tell you, you can’t escape from darkness! You’re bond with that  dreadful blood! You can’t leave me alone! For you are unwanted child!” then she started hurting him again to—to see him hurt makes her mother calm.”Wha—what happen to you? Now, please rest Ishida. See!!! You have many wounds! Don’t overdo yourself!” Then after a few seconds, she fell asleep. After what happened, he left the room and immediately went to his dad’s room to say goodbye.

KNOCK. . . KNOCK. . .  KNOCK . . .

“Ren-sama, Ishida desu. I’ll go home now. Mother is already calm.”

Without any word, he immediately left the house. When he came to his house he then lie in his bed.

(right. Those were the times of a dreadful life. I can’t escape that sin my rue father did. I hate this world. When will I achieve true happiness?)Because of deep thought he became sleepy.

In the Morning . . .

Ishida went to school early and leave a letter on his locker, hoping that Yuki no Hime would notice it. After it, he imeediately went to the rooftop to feel some air. Meanwhile, Makino was about to put her letter but she notice something. A letter from Ishida Ren! She don’t know what to do, she is blushing upon picking up the letter. She immediately run towards the classroom cause she’s afraid that Ishida might see her. She can’t concentrate on the class discussion because she was intrigued on what was inside the letter. During the lunch,she decided to go to the rooftop to read the letter.

“I hope he’s not here!(wishing)”As she opened the door, she sigh in relief. As she opened the letter, it says:

-Yuki no Hime-

                Thank you for what you’ve said yesterday. I’m deeply touched by it. It made me realize something. I want to meet you personally. Where can I put my letter, Yuki no Hime? I’m sorry for not remembering what had happened  the day before yesterday. I’m also sorry for this letter, I’m not good at it. Have a nice day.

Ishida Ren

She can’t believe at what had Ishida reacted on it. She’s very happy that he recognized her letter. In any case, she got nervous because he wanted to meet with her. There, she feels her heart beats fast. She didn’t know what to do. Until, she decided to ask advice on Sakura.

“Sakura, can I ask you something?”

“What is it?”

“If there’s someone that want’s to meet with you, what will you do?”

“Is that for real?”

“Of course not!  It’s just a survey!”

“Hmm, Okay. If I wre you, I’ll meet with him immediately! It must be destiny! Kyaa!!! Then Makino think for a while and said:

“Thank you  for the advice. Now, I’ll be going then, bye bye!”

“Hai, hai.”

“Ah, please tell Sato kun I’ll not accompany him today, I’m not feeling well.”

“Youkai!”Then, she went to home early. After she came home, she immediately went to her room and open the veranda. Their , she played violin for a while so that the nervous in her heart will be calm. She played crescendo. After she got tired, she decided to lie in her bed until she fall asleep. While in the school:

“She got home early?”

“Yeah. That’s what she told me.”

“Why so?”

“She said she’s not feeling well.”

“Soo desu ka.” He then lowered his head and immediately went home.

After 3 hours Makino woke up

“After all, I can’t face him. I’m ashamed.” In the next day, Ishida received a letter in response for his letter saying she can’t face him at the moment. He understand it, thus their conversation went stronger for 3 months. Their getting to know each other. They began telling their secrets. Much to their concern, they were starting to develop deep feelings for each other. They’ve been longing to finally meet in personal. Until one day, Ishida made a plan on how to discover the identity of Yuki no Hime. While Makino was putting the letter in his locker she didn’t notice that Ishida was there behind her, when she turned around, she was cornered by him and place his right hand besides her. They are almost lying in the wall for they are very close.

“Say, are you my Yuki no Hime?”

“Ha---hai!”

“So we’ve finally met, my hime.” He then touched her hair upon saying this.

“Who are you?”

“Ma—Makino --- Hana desu.”

“Sounds familiar. Have we met before?”

“Hai--- we’ve met at the rooftop.”

“Ahh!!! That violinist girl!!!”

Sypnosis:

                Makino live a simple and cheerful life with his bestfriend Sato when she finally meet Ren Ishida. He is said to be the campus heartrob and a cold one. He’s very popular in their school.  Consequently they fell in love with each other but how can they cope up with it when  ishida is bounded by the past he can’t escaped to thus paying it with his current life, and that makino has a secret she couldn’t tell for?? Find out how this story ends. . .

Chapter 1:

The Meeting

                “Mooh!! I’m going to be late now!!! I have to hurry!!! Makino said while running towards the entrance door of Ryoku Gakuen. While heading towards the door, she bumped someone.

                “Are you alright miss? “ the strange guy asked. For a split seconds Makino couldn’t answer to him for she was amazed of the charming guy he saw. But then, she recover quickly for she noticed thousands of girls were staring in the both of them.

                “Ah!! Hai!!! Arigatou!!!”

                “Domo”. He said coldly and automatically left her. Meanwhile, she seems standing there went black. (He’s very cool!!! Those pair of cold eyes makes him cooler.). Then, her best friends came and approach her.

“Ohayou Makino-chan”

“Ah... ah!  Ohayou, Sakura-chan”

“Who are you looking at?”

“Dare? That---guy”. Then she pointed out him.”Did you know him?” Then,Sakura  suddenly hit her head. “Ouch! What did I do??”

“You don’t know him?? He’s very popular at our school,!!! He’s Ren Ishida!!! The prince of Ryoku Gakuen!!!”(her eyes were sparkling upon saying  this).

“Ishida Ren??  So he’s the guy that’s been speaking of by the girls in this school?”

“Atarimae darou!! Matte-kun, I’m not surprise anymore if you don’t know him—that’s because your attention was only centered of your childhood friend!!”

“Did I just heard my name? A guy suddenly interrupted in the girl’s conversation.

“Ah. Satou-kun, Ohayou”

“Yo! How indecent!!! “ Sakura said. “Can’t you at least get more sociable with other girls other than Makino??”

“That’s none of your business, piggy punk!!”(teasing).

“Nanda tou?? “ It seems the air is in tension, so Makino immediately ease them.

“That’s enough, you two. Sato-kun, don’t mind her anymore. Sore de, you too, Sakura chan, don’t dictate  him”.

(teasing).”Oii!!! She’s defending her love!!!”

“Yamero Sakura Chan!!! “. “We’ll, I’m just joking. Sato-kun, is quite good. But, we can’t know his personality except you, Makino. “. Then Sato suddenly caught her in the wall then bring his face to her and said.

“Say, are you interested  in me, aren’t you?? “. Sakura was shock of his strange movement and slowly giving up. A few seconds later on, Sato then laugh heavily.

“weeh? She got carried away!!!”, Sakura felt embarrass and said to them. “Ihate you!!! Makino chan, let’s just see later, the air isn’t good.” Then she left the both of them.

“bye- bye!  Piggy punk san”.

“Sato-kun, don’t  do that again to Sakura chan. It isn’t funny.”

“Hai, Hai, i know, she’s just too serious.”

“Well then, let’s go to our room. We’ll be late.”

“Hai, Hai, Makino-chan.”

                The class then starts. They were enjoying the lectures and discussion but Makino is caught up in her thought. (“Haah! I can’t forget those pair of cold eyes”).

“Class Dismiss!”.  In their recess. . .

“Makino chan, Let’s eat our snack  now.”

“Hai, sato-kun.”they both eat their snack when Sato ask something.

“We will have P.E today, right?”

“Yeah. . . Don’t worry about it. I’ll not join the running today.”

“but, don’t overdo yourself.”

“Hai sir!”

“Don’t worry, I’ll cover up for you.”

“Then I guess I’ll have to wait  for you till lunch. Which means  I’m dismissed earlier!!!(Laughing mode).”

“What will you do then? “

“Hmm, let me see, I guess I’ll just play violin in a somewhere place.”

“Soo desu ka. Then, let’s go now.”

“Hai!”. After the recess, the class hours went smoothly. In theis period before P.E her classmates were very busy changing clothes .

“do your best, Sato-kun.”

“hai.”

“Linchou, Makino chan will not join the P.E. for she has disease relating on supply on oxygen.”

“hai, hai. Sato-kun.”

“It’s already settle!(Thumbs up)”

“Arigatou.(smile)”. All of her classmates went to their P.E ground. When she’s finally alone she decided to go to the roof top.(She have the key on the rooftop. It’s a tradition to pass on the key generation to generation. Though its secret, she’s one of the key keeper in their school).

“There! Open sesame!” as she watched the sight, she was amazed for it was very beautiful and the air is refreshing. She saw Sato kun and accompany doing their activity.

“This is truly my secret place.” After a few minutes, she decided to play the violin. (her family was in love with music). There, a harmonic presentation was filled in the empty rooftop.  Though, everybody notice the wonderful piece, but they can’t decipher who played it except Sato kun. Everybody else continue their activities. She then continue to play but suddenly pause when she heard someone opened the door. As the door opened. . .

“Who are you? “. Makino was shocked for this is the second time she met up with him.

“Makino—Hana ---  desu.”

“Soo desu ka? Then what are you doing here? Why did you know this place?”

“I’m just getting some air here. Sore de—I’m the key keeper  of this school.”

“So you get the another key?”

“Hai”.  Then will you please leave this place for a while? I just wanted to ba alone.”

“Ah--- Hai!”. Then, Makino immediately leave the rooftop. Meanwhile, Ishida sit on the bench then said:

“Somehow her music is wonderful. Hmm. It’s none of my business  either.”

“We met up again! Haaah!!! What will I do now? He also holds the other key! I can’t forget those pair of cold eyes again!!!” She can’t concentrate on what she’s been doing. “Right! I must not go to the rooftop if he’s there!! Right!!!”

“Hey, Are you okay? Makino chan? “ Makino then realizes what she’s up tp.

“Ahm, Hai... Sato kun.”

“Didn’t I tell you  not to overdo yourself?”

“Hai! Gomen ne, I get carried away in playing violin.”

“I don’t really mind. Your performance is as superb as ever.” Sakura then suddenly interrupt.

“Let’s go home now, Makino chan, Sato kun.”

“Hai.” The both of them replied.  While they’re heading towards their respective homes, Sakura said something:

“Being a popular is pretty hard isn’t it?”

“Why do you ask?”

“Nothing really. I just saw Ren san a while ago. While he’s opening his lcker there were bunch of love letters falling. He picked it up all and read the sender of this. Then, he sighed for he receives letters from the same sender again. I think it’s kinda tired in his position.’

“You’re right.”.Sato said.

“you’ve said--- earlier, in his locker--- thing. Do you remember the number of his locker?”

“Yeah. Hmm, let me see, I guess its locker number 35.”

“Soo desu ka. Ah, then see you tomorrow – we’ll be off now. “

“Hai. Sayonara, Sakura chan.”

“Yeah. Sayonara, Sato kun, Makino-chan.” When Sakura then left, Sato said.

“You plan to give him a letter?”

“It’s not that. I’ll just have to thank him this morning.”

“soo desu ka? Then, Goodnight.”

“Yeah”.
